A.M. to P.M.

Hey hey peeps!

Today...I have something really fun to share with all of you! It's an A.M to P.M. fashion post where I am going to show you how to dress up and dress down the same outfit! The A.M. part is where I show you how to keep your outfit simple and appropriate for any morning/daytime activities. The P.M. part is where I show you how to take that same outfit and recreate it for any night time activities. I love taking simple outfits that I wear during the day, and changing them into a party worthy night time outfit...and this is exactly what I am going to show you!

A.M.- Lets start from the top. For any outfit I pick, I like to start off with a wardrobe essential. Some wardrobe essentials for me are a white teeshirt, a black teeshirt, jeans, or black leggings. When you start with one of these items, adding on to them is a piece of cake! That's why I started with not one, but two of my wardrobe staples (a white shirt and black leggings.). For a fun accessory,  I put a gold necklace with them to add a little extra. This instantly gave me a simple daytime look that would be suitable for any daytime activities.

The great thing about a simple look is that you can really add anything to it  to make it look even better! For instance, you can add a jean jacket, a vest, a scarf, bracelets, a belt...ANYTHING! I added a jean jacket and wore a satchel purse (which I just got for Christmas and I am OBSESSED with it! It even has my monogram!) These two items keep the simplicity of the outfit, but add just that little something extra to it. (I added the sunglasses just for fun F.Y.I.)

I thought that this outfit would be perfect for pretty much...well...ANYTHING! It is so simple and can be recreated so easily! It's a great outfit for school, downtown, a street corner coffee shop, a lunch date, or (the best) shopping!

P.M.- Now, this part is for all you night owls! I took this simple daytime/morning outfit, and turned it into a party ready, late night dinner, UP ALL NIGHT worthy outfit! It really is soooo amazing what you can do to any wardrobe staple/simple outfit. You can quick throw your hair up into a top knot (as I say...when in doubt...top knot it out), add a more snazzy looking jacket,  a fancy jeweled necklace, a more decorative purse and a classy looking pair of high heels. Add anything you love to make your outfit stand out in a extravagant sort of way!

With this particular outfit I added a fake leather jacket, a pair of high heels, and a jeweled necklace! It completely transformed the look from simple to WOA! (I added red lipstick just for fun F.Y.I.)

This outfit is perfect for a birthday party (or any party in general), a downtown date-night with your girls, a youth group get-together for you church, or just dinner out with your family! Seriously...any night time activity, this outfit will do the job!

So as you can see...I took just your average, everyday wardrobe staples and tuned them into a perfect A.M. outfit...and then...I took our A.M. outfit and added different...more fancy accessories and turned it into the perfect P.M. outfit! Both of these outfits are so easy to recreate and can look great on anyone! I had so much fun preparing this for all of you (I even actually took all of the pics myself!) Enjoy.
